Good day everyone,I have run across a problem that I cannot find references to or solve. For some reason on May 17 Bitlocker actively engaged one of our Dell Windows 10 laptops. The laptop is my sister-in-laws and she does not use her Microsoft Live pin code nor has she set one up, but a password for her local account. She shares a MS365 family subscription and I was able to retrieve her 48 byte Bitlocker Recovery Key. However, each time I reboot after entering the recovery key, any entry in her password field is rejected regardless of type. Reset does n
