Windows 10 Windows 10 Boots to a black screen and a terminal asking for my password then gets stuck

So my laptop was working fine, but yesterday when I tried to turn it on, it blue screened then black lines started running across the blue screen until it turned off. Ever since then it boots to a black screen with a terminal called “Select C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogonUI.exe” that has me login then says “Julian welcome” and then disappears but the screen stays black. Nothing I can find is working to try to resolve it. Thank you for any help you can give.
