Windows 10 Windows 10 - cannot print more than one file (word) from explorer (right click - 'Print')

Hello,I have a computer with Windows 10 Pro on a network with a Ricoh IM C3000, printer. I used to be able to 'right click' from explorer and 'Print' several files at once. Now it only 'Prints' 1 file.Not sure if this is a windows issue or a printer issue. I have updated the 'Printer' driver but still its not working.Any help would be gratefully received.Thanks
