Windows 10 Windows 10 changes resolution on my monitor from 4k to 1080p HD but still displays it in the 4k Scale (when I wake up my pc from sleep)

Video of the problemThats a video of what happens, If I go to settings and change the resolution and revert it back it fixes it but its very annoying (scale for 2nd monitor is 200%). I have another monitor which is set to 1080p.
