Windows 10 Windows 10: Changing resolution results in scaling

Issue:

• GPU sending unsupported video resolution to monitor.

Computer specs:

1. CPU: i5 gen 7
2. RAM: 8GB
3. DISK: 500 SSD
4. GPU: RX 5500 XT

Additional Information:

1. Motherboard doesn't support onBoard graphics.
2. Radeon Settings = Default.
3. Motherboard Settings = Default.
4. Never used overclock, only GPU downclock (few weeks ago).
5. Didn't installed anything new.
6. Using HDMI cable.
7. I never had this issue before.
8. All drivers are up to date.

My monitor is trying to render 2K resolution, the native resolution being 1080p. I changed the resolution using Windows 10 Display Settings, but nothing happens, it just scaled my screen (bigger or smaller depending on which resolution I choose).
