Windows 10 Windows 10 computer keeps not turning on after shut down with internal power error

Half of the time when I open my computer after shutting down, my computer won't open with an internal power error. After going into the dump file and viewing it, this is what I get.INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR (a0) The power policy manager experienced a fatal error. Arguments: Arg1: 00000000000000f1, The system failed to complete(resume) a power transition in a timely manner. Arg2: 0000000000000005, The system power state in transition.
