My MSN Money App on Windows 10 recently showed that home page could not update, required refreshing and would not refresh. I looked up instructions which indicated that I needed to uninstall the app and then delete three folders for the app in the C
rogramFiles\WindowsApps folder. But in order to do so, I needed to gain ownership of the folder.
