Windows 10 Windows 10 crashed and it gets stuck when I try to restart. How can I fix this?

I had recently upgraded to Windows 10 from 7. I was playing a game and my computer crashed so badly that I couldn’t restart it without unplugging and plugging back in. When I rebooted, it went to the green “Please wait” screen but never went from there. I pressed shift and the power button to restart again, and this time I got a black screen. I could see and move my mouse cursor but nothing else. Whenever I restart I get only those two screens & can’t get into Windows at all. I’ve tried every solution I can find in these forums.
