Windows 10 Windows 10 crashing after installing a NVME

hello!i recently installed a M.2 and i attempted to move windows from my old sata drive to my new m.2, it was all working fine until i restarted my pc and now windows is unable to launch and goes into a loop, i tried recovery from a usb drive at it takes me to the blue windows install page but then it crashes a few seconds later, i took my new m.2 out because i thought that was the problem (maybe a corrupted file or something) and then tried to recover from usb to my old sata drive but the problem continued
