I think my hard drive is dying but I don't know

I believe this is a hard drive problem but I just want to be 100% sure before I replace the HHD with an SSD.Since around last week I've just been having non-stop problems with my Windows 10 Asus computer.The first time this happened, I simply booted up my PC as normal and it started diagnosing PC. I thought there wouldn't be a problem, then the screen flashed an empty black CMD box and went back to the Asus logo with "preparing Windows repair" then gives me a bluescreen, and "Windows was unable to boot correctly.
