As the title says, I can't launch PowerShell in Windows Sandbox. Window briefly opens and closes.If I run `powershell` in command prompt, I get the following error:"Version v4.0.30319 of the .NET Framework is not installed and it is required to run version 3 of Windows PowerShell."If I try to install .NET 4 fromhttp://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17851&ppud=4 the installer errors with"DetailsMicrosoft .NET Framework 4 is already a part of this operating system.
