Windows 10 Windows 10: Error Message "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in" on logon screen. Tried rebooting into Safe Mode but getting BSOD Stop

Hi,I have an ASUS Z390 motherboard with Win10 installed on an SSD, and the ASUS Armoury Crate software as well as my Avast Antivirus installed a bunch of driver updates last night and both asked me to reboot. I rebooted this morning, but I keep getting the error message "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in" when signing in to my profile on the logon screen.I tried rebooting into Safe Mode, but it gives me a BSOD Stop Code 0xc000021a every time I try.Just to be clear, I'm rebooting into Safe Mode from the logon screen while holding the SHIFT key and selecting Reboot on the logon
