Windows 10 Windows 10 explorer is buggy, thumbnails disappear and show generic page icons, copy paste freezes and does not work

I have tried the following:Clear thumbnail cacheClicked show thumbnails not iconsetc etc all the usual ones for icons, but the problem is deeper. I have run sfc and dism, no errs.Copy paste from one folder to another on the same and only C:\ stays at 0%Need assistance.
