Windows 10 Windows 10 File Manager is not Displaying Bluray Optical Drive and it Won't Play Discs Using any Players

I spent most of yesterday trying to get my dvd player to work (I haven't tried playing anything since last Christmas).I've already tried all of the solutions in this help article > https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ograms-64da3690-4c1d-ef04-63b8-cf9cc38ca53eAt one point, the drive did become visible in file manager and the inserted dvd did play using the 5KPlayer, then as soon as I ejected the disc, the drive disappeared again and the same dvd wouldn't play. This was progress, as it confirmed the physical drive was working
