Windows 10 Windows 10 for Workstations and Spotlight

HiI did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro for Workstation and enabled Spotlight. I waited for 48 hours but I still had the standard image. I checked%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets and there where no images there.I then went through the standard procedure of resetting Spotlight by deleting the files under "Settings" and Re-register Spotlight using PowerShell etc (Windows Spotlight lock screen picture won't change - Microsoft Community) - No luck, still no imagesI ran both sfc/scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /
