A few months ago my pc started freezing as soon as I log in, rendering it unusable.Windows boots successfully and I'm able to log in. The desktop and wallpaper is visible but I can't interact with any on screen elements like the windows button or search bar. The windows key on the keyboard does nothing. I can use ctrl + alt + del to lock, sleep, etc. I've tried opening task manager this way but nothing happens. When I shut down or restart the pc from this menu, something called "task window host" prevents shutdown and I need to hit "shutdown anyway". I can't access settings or anything I can u
