Windows 10 windows 10 fresh install random freeze

Hello I have just made a new fresh install, using the Refresh windows tool, on a 6 years old desktop with Asus B75mA motherboard, i5, and nvidia GTX 660. It randomly freezes with no specific task running. I have updated the graphic card drivers and it seems slightly better, but still happens from time to time. I also attach here the event log errors, I assume the kernel power are when I had to hard reset the pc after freezing.

Any help please? I am struggling to find solutions..
