Windows 10 Windows 10: I randomly cant see thumbnails/icons of screenshots in file explorer. & cant see the thumbnails & icons of some programs

So this issue has been happening for a week and half ago. I have a msi gl66 and one day I wasn't able to see the previews/icons of images in file explorer. It like windows lost it ability to make me view the preview thumbnails of screenshots. this is not only just for screenshots, also some programs too like NIVIDA control panel.I tried a lot of stuff like.1: Restarting my pc2: deleting thumbnail cache 3: SFC. scan 4: Explorer>Options>View>Always display icons, never thumbnails (checked and unchecked)5: K-Lite Codec Pack in the Start Menu, Codec tweak tool> thumbnails> unenabled
