Hello, I'm not a computer expert, so please don't smash me into the ground if I didn't know something simple I had to do. So I wanted to open a python file (not my own) but I just couldn't either way! I tried to use py file.py and just opening the file. I do have python 3.11.1 (the latest version of python) and have some knowledge of python as a coding language. I even tried using cd in Command Prompt (admin) and it told me "The System Cannot Find The File Specified", but I checked and sure enough, the file was there and the file directory was correct. Please help me, I've had this for a while
