Almost one month ago to today, on May 25th I requested help to resolve the issue where Windows 10 keeps displaying Wayne's A12 (Samsung Cell phone) has either stopped responding or been disconnected. A person answered but did not give a reasonable answer. A person later asked that I send some Windows Events Logs, which was reasonable but they neglected to say how I could send them since I do not see any way that I can!I attempted to bring this to their attention twice but they have NOT responded!I request that someone respond to help resolve the continuing notices without delay.Thank you.
