My windows 10 pc keeps pausing and playing when video is opened on my laptop, and touchpad is always lagging even when not playing a video but works fine only with external mouse. I have updatedevery drivers in my device manager,tried by disabling Bluetooth, tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. I've even fully formatted my pc with windows 10 .The only time video works is when disabling the Realtek audio driver and works fine but with no sound. I deleted the driver and reinstalled the letast version but still not working properlly. Would you please help me with what to do? Thank You
