Windows 10 Windows 10 laptop stuck on black screen with cursor and no keybord command/shortcut works.

I'll try to explain in as much detail I can here:when I first press the power button I get an error message saying that my laptops battery capacity is very weak and then it tells me to press enter to continue boot. Once I press enter the hp loading screen pops up for a while and then it goes into an initial Black screen with no cursor where no keyboard shortcut works After that it jumps to the windows update screen where it's stuck at 7% updating for about 20 minutesThen it jumps to restarting where it stays there for a very long time(sometimes upto an hour or more)Finally it puts me in this b
