Hello! Yesterday I installed these latest updates October 10, 2023-KB5031224 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 and October 10, 2023—KB5031356 (OS Builds 19044.3570 and 19045.3570) and after it Chrome and Opera started using CPU on 100%. Problem was solved by uninstalling these updates.So I have a question: what should I do next with these updates?
