Windows 10 Windows 10 multi-app kiosk - apps not available

I have created a provisioning package to apply a Windows 10 multi-app kiosk. The associated XML allow for 2 Windows Store apps (one from Microsoft and one from a third party) to run. It creates an autologon user and puts 2 icons on the desktop for the apps. Once the package is applied and the machine rebooted, the autologon account opens, and the 2 icons are visible on the desktop. However, neither of the 2 apps will open or run. The icons are blank squares. However, the 2 apps were installed under the local admin account on the machine, and they open there. What would be preventing these apps from running?
