Windows 10 Windows 10 new computer. How to change User name created by retailer.

Retailer created a user account called ClientSIC. I log in to the computer with my MS account. I changed the name ClientSIC to my name, say George, under Computer Management. But in Windows Explorer, I still see the User ClientSIC and under it are my OneDrive files. I do not see ClientSIC under Settings, Accounts, only my MS name, email address and Administrator.I also redirected My Documents (Documents, Photos, Videos, etc.) to a second drive so I see Documents there but also Documents under ClientSIC.I want to get rid of or change the name of ClientSIC to George. How?There is no way to renam
