The PC when using Visual Studio 2017.

To reproduce
-----------------
Start VS.
Do anything in VS, such as click on the VS menu, save a file, start the compiler.
PC resets.
This never happens when using any other app on the PC.
Dskchk found no problems.
The PC does not appear to be over heating.
I am not getting a Windows dump file.
What can I do to stop or fix this?
