Windows 10 Windows 10 PC Keeps Crashing Can't Figure it out Need Help

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80818f3f0ca, 0xffffee8dac7db708, 0xffffee8dac7daf40). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 51d5fae9-5bd6-4fc8-9a98-1621b7009e13.This is the error I keep recieving whenever it just crashes on me and I cannot figure it out.
