Windows 10 Windows 10 Photos crashes on import when selecting destination folder - Solution included

This has been frustrating me for a long time and I believe I have figured out the issue. Importing photos would work for a while until all of a sudden it wouldn't.When I tried to import photos using the Window 10 Photos app it would crash when I selected the destination folder.Steps to recreate:"Import""From a connected device""Apple iPhone" (in my case)... wait for Photos app to find photos on my phone. The import form appears."Change destination"Select an existing folder or add "New folder" from dialog"Add this folder to Pictures"... wait for a few seconds then the Photos app crashes/close
