Windows 10 Windows 10 Power Plan doesn't work

I have a Microsoft Surface running windows 10 22H2 and the latest updates. It runs poorly, despite all the disk, app and all other management I do.Part of the reason is the performance management, which I want to do with the Power Plan.However, my system provides only the Balanced Plan and unfortunately my PC has the Modern Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) activated, which looks like it can't be changed.I have tried almost everything to reinstate the High Performance and other power plans. They will not.I then tried to create my own custom plan to help the system performance. The only option
