Windows 10 windows 10 pro key genuine or not

I bought a full packaged product from an online store that was half the price of the windows in the store I got it and it was fully sealed with usb and paper inside I used the key provided on key card and the windows that I installed from iso from Microsoft website and activation was successful I checked using slmgr -dls and its showed it was a retail version but the sticker on the plastic key card was a little tilted does that mean that some one put it like that and that it could not be from Microsoft ? does Microsoft use machines to put stickers on plastic key card or humans and is it normal that it was tilted ?
