Windows 11 Windows 10 Pro on old PC that failed and new PC purchased and activated by shop but it is Windows 11 Home, not Pro. How do I change it to Pro?

My old PC was Windows 10 Pro, and failed. I purchased my new PC and the shop was able to activate Windows 11 using a digital license linked to my Microsoft account but it did not activate as Windows 11 Pro, only Windows 11 Home. How do I get it to change to Windows 11 Pro.My old device is still registered in my Microsoft account and I also need to remove it.
