Windows 10 Windows 10 Pro Temp Files

DGCC123

Windows 10 Pro, I keep getting temp files filling up my drivers. These are created, and stay, anytime I open a file. We use multiple drives, but mainly a public organization driver and private user drivers. How do I get these to stop appearing in my folders?
