Windows 10 Windows 10 Rebooting after 9/24/2024 Defender update

On Tuesday, 9/24/2024, users started reporting that their machines, when rebooted, the device will BSOD. Upon a reboot the machine would begin to restart Windows 10, go to a blank screen, and then present a Diagnosing Problem message and then boot into the Windows Reboot Menu. We would select Restart Machine, Reset Machine, etc., all of the regular troubleshooting items. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO BOOT INTO SAFE MODE, or UNINSTALL ANY UPDATES.
