Windows 10 Windows 10 Show Desktop in bottom right corner disappearing if desktop in shown anywhere in the background.

The button just disappears even if I still have windows open on screen but just aren't maximized this is very annoying cause not every window I open is maximized with varying sizes and locations on the screen. I just want it back to how it used to be and not disappearing. And no I am not in tablet mode.
