Whenever I open any start menu related UI element its as if I'm pressing the up key on my keyboard (i.e. calendar, volume selector, start menu, network selector etc.). Things get automatically selected and i cant even easily access settings by searching "Settings", since I can't use the search bar due to the bug. I disconnected my keyboard and the problem persists. I checked on online sites if detects that my keyboard is pressing UP and they dont detect it, i also dont have any problems playing games. The problem goes away for a little while when I restart the PC but comes back after some time
