It happens on several sites and prevents me from doing necessary functions. The link/option is there and appears to be selectable, but when I click on it "nothing happens). I have checked to be sure javascript is Allowed. I have tried both Edge and Internet Explorer and get exact same result. Cleared cookies/cache, restarted (multiple times). My software is all up to date. I have no idea what to try next. (and sorry if this question is in wrong category, not sure whether it's an Internet or a Security issue because I don't know enough about it, thinking maybe it's some firewall or popup thing.
