Windows 10 Windows 10 update 2004 crashes when installing with error 0xc0000005

I have tried to install update 2004 and every time I try to install it , I get an error 0xc0000005 after it gets to 92% in the installation process. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this error. I ran the windows update trouble shooter and it found no problems. I ran a chkdsk and found no errors. I tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and it didn't help. Tried sfc /scannow and it found no errors. I have tried deleting my softwaredistribution folder and that didn't help. My computer runs fine with no problems and windows update will do all other updates with no errors.

Anyone know why I get this error and how to fix it?
