i have limited data plan so i set my network as metered network in my pc and turned off the update over metered connection but it downloaded the new update in background and now some svchost.exe is using a lot of my data. i just hate windows bcz of these stupid things.I have paid for it but i have no control on it. i dont wanna use Microsoft Edge then why forcing me. i am just tired of windows. tell me some solution about background data usage.There should be an option where we can stop background data use or restricted mode like in android devices its very helpful and i need it really bad.
