Hello everyone.

My Windows 10 system auto updated this past week.

Everything seemed to go fine but now when the system boots up to the sign in screen with the time/date lower left.

The sign in prompt wont pop up.

Usually I hit the back space and it pops up but not now. There is no cursor either or mouse control.

So mind you, I have no access on screen. At least there is no Black screen of death though....

I'm kinda new to this so maybe I don't fully understand what I'm doing but...

I've read through all the threads I can about this. I've been trying to get into safe mode but the system wont get me there.

I've tried holding Shift while Powering up the system.

I've powered off and on the system 3 times in a row to try to get safe mode to pop up.

All to no avail.

What I can get into is.

DEL: Get into the Bios set up

F9: System information

F12: Boot Menu

When I got into these menus I have keyboard and cursor control.

I do have a Bootable USB drive

But all its offering is a windows install

Thanks
