Hello, my Windows 10 Pro laptop with version 22h2 had an automatic update this week that broke the built-in vpn functionality. Now when attempting to connect, I get the error: "the l2tp connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiations with the remote computer". I've atttempted to uninstall the updates, but after a restart, even with automatic updates paused, there is a new update automatically installed and the VPN still doesn't work. I've seen suggestions for optional patches from the Microsoft Catalog to solve this, but they'r
