So every other day I have been fighting with my 1200$ windows 10 top of the line 1tb drive touchscreen pc. I turn it on and everything's fine at first, then my system becomes buggy, starts showing crazy errors, unhandled exception errors, system failure, suddenly missing code essential to its function. I have tried everything, uninstalling updates, reinstalling updates, updating my drivers multiple times, recovered and restored over and over and it does not stop. I loose everything I have every time. Luckily I'm not an idiot and have multiple cloud backup services, so I didn't loose all my sons baby pics. I'm so frustrated and I'm pretty tech savvy. I manage 3 laptops, 4 firestick TVs, one Roku tv, 7 different phone, 25 different email accounts for myself and others, 4 websites, and hundred of other accounts along with all the other services I provide. I have read forum after forum, been over and over Microsoft documents which pretty much all say they have no idea how to fix it just do all this stuff and see if the problem goes away. all the answers from Microsoft are impersonal, cold, always delayed, and such super techy jargon that just comes off condescending like its so obvious that I'm an a moron if I ask questions or don't understand your stupid unhelpful jargon where I end up spending hours over looking up definitions when you could have just given a simple answer. Not to mention when someone in the very next comment asks for clarification and you give the exact same non answer again, that makes you look like a automated jacka** robot. You need to understand who your audience is and learn to cater to the average person, carl Sagan did it. Now I've said my piece, if you give me some stupid unhelpful jargon reply and repeat that over and over I'm gonna loose my mind and go ham rammin you up with Better Business Bureau. you know it really got me thinking that maybe you just let a bunch monkeys code and program the KB updates cuz thats what it looks like. Don't even have the humility to announce and accept responsibility for your mistake. 1200$ laptop broken, oh no biggie right, the customers love us so much they'll just go out and buy new ones? I'm never buying or even trusting a mircrosoft product ever again.
