Windows 10 Windows 10 - Why do none of the recovery commands ever work in Recovery Mode when you need them most

Seriously, every time I run into a problem with a drive what won't boot to Windows or in some kind of Automatic Repair loop and it puts me in recovery mode:- SFC either comes back with an "Access Denied" or "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"- DISM doesn't work /online in PE/RE environment and always get errors when pointing it to an image from a USB drive or the local drive, or some other error- CHKDSK completes but always ends with "Failed to transfer logged messages to event log with status" so you never know what it really found, and it generally doesn't
