We've been having an issue with the taskbar on a number of our company computers (over 30 PCs to be precise). When trying to minimize and reopen programs, the taskbar will freeze and icons will disappear. It takes a good minute or 2 for them to reappear and unfreeze although sometimes you can bring it back up using the Task Manager and restarting Windows Explorer. We've checked for malware, run the script to restore health, uninstalled programs 1 at a time to rule them out.
