I have seen questions with similar issues but the suggested fixes haven't worked for me. I just finished building a pc with the following specs:
ryzen 7 5800x
B550 ds3h motherboard
Radeon RX 580 GPU
Vengeance pro 32gb ram (in slots 2 and 4 as specified in the manual)
EVGA 700 BR PSU
I have downloaded a windows 10 installation onto an empty flash drive. I am using a SanDisk USB stick with plenty of space on it in FAT32 format.
When I select for the USB in its entirety to boot up first, the screen will be stuck with the windows logo on a black screen with no spinning circle, no matter how long I wait it stays that way. If I choose to boot up the UEFI partition 1 of the USB stick, the boot up doesn't get past the splash image of GIGABYTE UltraDurable and is stuck like that. I have tried booting up in legacy only mode with no success. I have deleted and reinstalled the windows 10 install onto the flash drive multiple time with the exact same results. I do not know what else to try at this point.
