Windows 10 Windows 10 wont run any .exe applications and much more- (Including CMD, Regedit, Google Chrome, Any app on my PC).

So i changed exefile and .exe type format in the regedit - root as i have read on the internet because a setup.exe file was not opening.

I also went to cmd and wrote the following command after that : assoc .exe=exefile

I restarted my my pc once again and I was unable to open any chrome page, cmd, powersell, regedit and much more.

I really dont know what happened and i tried to google a way to reset the settings of regedit back to defult but i cannot open it. It makes me choose another way to open the file instead.

Please help me fix this issue.
