Windows 10 Windows 10 won't update, cannot perform SFC or DISM scans, cannot Reset Windows, and cannot reinstall from Media Creation Tool

Hi everyone. There is something seriously wrong with my laptop. This issue has been ongoing for several months now and my start-up time is incredibly slow. Everything else seems to run fine once I load in, which is why I'm bearing with it.So it all began when I was unable to download and install any updates on my Windows 10 after multiple attempts. It always says "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes". See below.So I tried the next two most common fixes which are to run SFC and DISM scans on CMD, but both fails:I ran a full security scan on my device and it found nothing
