I was just got a Asus Z6000 All-in-one PC，I found out this problem when the first day I got it.
I basically did not install any software and done any change to the system setting.
Because it is a brand-new computer, after I boot up and done the the system initialization, I have roughly tested whether the machine can work normally（Check whether the screen is intact and browse several web pages.）. After that, I went out to for dinner. About 30 minutes later, I went back to the computer.
I move the mouse，screen did not turn on. I thought my PC went sleep,so I hit Enter key, still no response. But about 5 seconds later, My PC start reboot itself (Not wake up,it is reboot,from the beginning like it was previously turned off)
At first，I thought the problem is caused by the sleep function. So I change sleep time to 2 hours, hibernate default setting is already Never. and I left screen time out turn off time to the default 15 minutes. I went for a shower, about 20-25 minutes later，I went back to computer，the screen already turn off.
I move the mouse, normally the screen should light up immediately after I move the mouse，but it didn't. Same problem happens, a first,no response,few seconds later,my PC reboot. Since the sleep time already set to 2 hours,and the hibernate is never，I only left my PC there for within 30 minutes. That means the problem is from the screen time out function.
So I done another test to confirm my theory.
I set screen time out to 1 minute. and sleep/hibernate to Never. I wait for 1 minute, screen turn off. After 30 seconds, I move the mouse, screen lights up as it should. Then I wait for another minutes, screen turn off, I keep waiting for 2 minutes after it turn off, I move the mouse, SAME PROBLEM HAPPENS.
So that's the source of the problem. No blue screen been showed during the whole process
I also done at test to see if sleep function Normal. I set screen time out to never, set sleep to 1 minutes. Wait for PC to go sleep, 5 minutes later,I move the mouse, PC wake up as it should. That means my PC's sleep function is working fine. The problem is for sure caused by screen time-out.
But I don't know what caused this issue. I search Online,there are a lot of people talking about won't wake up from sleep mode,But almost no one talking about won't light up from screen-time out.
I have tried Upgrade graphics driver，still having that problem
Right now，I have no choice but choose to set screen time out to NEVER, and only set a sleep time to avoid the problem.
The PC is original with Windows 10 1709, few days ago I update to 1803 after received an update
But the problem happens on both version
Anybody know what caused the problem?
ASUS's customer service almost can't provide useful help, they let me reset the system. But I don't want to do this because it's a brand-new computer. I don't think it's because of my wrong operation that this problem arises.
It seems like it is not a hardware problem，because the PC is working all OK while I‘am using it.
