Windows 11 Windows 11 2022-09 Cumulative Update fails on install (error 0x800f0922)

Hello all -While trying to update my Windows 11 Pro laptop with "2022-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-Based Systems (KB5017389)", the install gets to 98% encounters a problem, and rolls back. The after-install error is attached (0x800f0922). I have tried resetting windows updates as well as clearing windows updates with no success.
