Windows 11 WIndows 11 22H2 failing

I am having an issue where my PC is telling me to update to 22H2, but i am currently running 22H2 already. I have ran the windows update troubleshooter and gotten the attached screenshot as well as a few command prompt scripts i have seen online but nothing has changed. I know 23H2 is out but that does not come up.
