Windows 11 Windows 11 22H2 update File Explorer ribbon FAIL when going over 100% scaling

Windows 11 22H2 File Explorer Ribbon is blurry when using over 100% scaling on displays. Only the ribbon buttons are blurry, if you click "View" or the "..." the list that comes out of those buttons is not blurry.I know you hate people who use over 100% scaling and give limited support because of it but try to be sympathetic and fix this... using 2560x1440, 27 inch monitor and 100% scaling is simply too much grind to use.This is small fix and you have to provide support to this degree especially since now the Windows 11 style ribbon is mandatory.
